Police Services During COVID-19 Restrictions

The Buena Park Police Department's front lobby and service counter is open to the public from 7 am - 7 pm Monday – Friday and 8 am – 6 pm Saturday and Sunday.  The front doors are still locked and there is still a limited number of people allowed in the lobby at once.  The front counter staff will be checking temperatures and asking COVID-19 related questions prior to allowing anyone into the lobby. 

If you are reporting an emergency, please dial 9-1-1; otherwise, citizens with non-emergency inquiries are urged to call our non-emergency line at (714) 562-3902.
